it would be good to have a decision. so people can organise themselves to get there.
I'd love to be there if i can but i need to organise myself.

so....when & where.

Awesome - I'm certainly in for this one - But I'm not sure of good spots!!

Someone decide for us, or post some ideas so people can say yes or no! It just just an expression of interest, but it seems enough people are willing to come, so lets do it!

Where's a good place? A good meet time would be 11.00AM or so I suppose? (Not too early for those that want to party on Wednesday night, like me :P)

Its your Baby Maxybaby

No one is going to decide for you. Set a Time & place. its the only way you'll get numbers. If there isn't anyone.....prospone it & advertise it for two weeks prior. That way there is plenty of Ra,Ra...razzamar=taz & you'
ll get more interest.

Kula has shown interest....which is a huge bonus for you. As well as everyone else

Make a decision.

Damn you STM! :P:P

OK, got a plan, how about a meet/greet photoshoot at Wiseman's Ferry - Hang around and have a chat there. Apparently there's lots of grass and open areas for a stop. Can anyone confirm this?

Perhaps we can meet up at about 10:30AM-11:00am closer to Sydney so we can drive up there as a group. I'm thinking 11:00AM meet at Macca's across from the F1 entry on Pennant Hills Rd, Galstone Rd with possible stop at MX-5 Mania (If they are open), then onto Mid Dural Rd and right onto Old Northern Rd, then up to Wisemans Ferry for a photo/greet stop, and back via the same way to go home, or continue along old Northern Rd, whatever is easier.

The weatherman is saying that it may rain early in the morning, but will clear and the sun will come out.

By the time we get our asses out of bed I'm sure it will be over :P

A little over the top or not?

If you want a more scenic route (ie more twists in it) then take the freeway up to Peats Ridge Rd then onto Wisemans Ferry Rd via Central Mangrove.
This puts you on the other side of the river and you take the ferry across.

There's a pub at Wisemans Ferry and a cafe near the ferry. It's also worth heading back over the ferry, turn left (Settlers Rd??) and head down the road to St Albans pub. Much more character there and the road is great fun too!

Its your Baby Maxybaby

Spot on STM.

Here is a good one for you, and it could well and truely take advantage of the Wheels car of the year award.

Opera house Sydney

You would need some sponsors, Dealers, helpers and a lot of balls to pull it off.

Target should be at least 200 MX-5's

Then followed by a run over the Harbour Bridge.

Think BIG

Not up to it????

Would take some serious planning, but it is possible.

Now, lets look at the possibilities in Melbourne, what would Melbourne have to equal Sydney. Canberra would have parliment house, Brisbane the Storey bridge

And then the final link, when was the first shipment of MX-5's delivered to Australia, that should set the date.

Sponsors would love it

Want a photo shoot, think BIG
