I figured so, but it wasn't Hayden's striking SP, I didn't get a wave back but wasn't aware of an Apu clone.

Now you know that there is one. The roll bar was likely a tall boy not the hoop one, so that's something I should have remembered!

I've seen an Apu lookalike around Artarmon/Chatswood lately. It had very blue looking headlight bulbs (8000K?).

Haha, love your insecurity. From memory it was just the black wheels and a roll bar. It was enough to make me try and get a look at the driver but I didn't get a wave either way. I think if it was put side by side with Apu you'd just say they're two silver NBs with black wheels.

There is heaps of silver nb models in area. Two have black wheels.

I don't own black wheels anymore. Plus I daily my tiffany ssr rims nowadays!

Yep, plenty around (most common NB colour?) but I only pay attention to the obviously modified ones that are more likely to be enthusiast/forum member dríven.

I did get a glimpse if a red nb in Fox valley road, if you went that way ... I was on pacific highway though

Probably not me. I do go that way a fair bit but I tend to avoid the highway and go the back way along the Commenara. Less traffic, more enjoyable roads.

Passed a tidy looking NB on King Street last weekend, wearing the PF01(?0 or possibly 6UL's.

Spotted a few out today:

Red NA6 parked in Robertson (around lunchtime);
Red NB8B with top down parked at the Robertson Pie Shop around 3:30pm;
Dirty old Montego Blue NA6 driving north out of Mittagong around 4:30pm (and back in to Mittagong about 5 mins later!).
