Yeh that's true. People also need to watch out for those behind them too. When on such drives, you should never take a turn unless you're sure that the person behind has seen you turn off. Sometimes that might mean waiting for a bit on the side of the road and trusting that the driver ahead of you has done likewise. A bit of trust is essential on these runs. Follow these simple rules and it's pretty hard for the group to get lost. Works best of course in low traffic country roads where you're unlikely to hold up other traffic.
