Thanks very much to Kym Beesley & Lesley Docherty for organising this lovely mid-winter run. Their organisation was superb, which included fantastic Gold Coast weather - clear skies, with a slight chill in the air that was enough to warrant bringing out the winter woolies.
The theme was Big Red, or anything red for that matter. Here's some pix from the day... with a write-up from Lesley expected in the next Rag Top Review.
Here's some pix (Photos can be downloaded from the Picasa site if better quality images are required):
Nine out of the 18-car convoy met up at the wrong place.
Some red cars plus a 'false flag' car.
Some times there is simply too much red!
Don't forget to return your shopping trolleys folks!
Seriously poor fashion sense, Kevin!
You need a bigger bra!
It's difficult to believe that these chaps are having an intelligent conversation. Judging by the way the car in the front is decked out, one can only assume the blokes were the first customers at Dan Murphy's that day.
Some people like red. Some people LIVE red!. Val has been permanently barred from joining the Ferrari Owners Club.
Whoo Hoo! Thanks again Kym & Lesley for organising a terrific run today.
