Need to escape the family? Sick of overcooked turkey and cranberry sauce from a tube?

Then come along to a dodgy day on the southside of Brisbane on 27th of December. I'll be doing my timing belt the day before which will lead into a general dodgy day the following day.

Feel free to come along. There will be BBQ action (I need to taste these winggggz) and the general dodgyness. You can fit 15 Mexes in my yard and under the house, so there will be heaps of room. (Just wear boots for the trained attack bull ants. True QLD style.)

PM me for an address.

So far the cars include a WRX, two mexes and an R34 GTR. We can't let the filthy non Mazdas show us up, so we need more mexes!

If you need specific tools bring them along. We have... pretty much everything, but in father's awesome organisational habits finding said items may be difficult.

We will also be cranking the MG TC for the first time in... oh... thirty or so years? It will be a spectacle to behold.

All welcome. Even if you have nothing to do on the car, come along for the beer and BBQ goodness. Need to escape the family? Sick of overcooked turkey and cranberry sauce from a tube?

South side of Brisbane isn't to far for us Gold Coasters you know Pam  The date may be a bit Tricky but I would love to come if I can make it.

You will have to change your location on the Forum ( it says Melbourne)

Sounds great Pam, but will the cricket be showing?! :? If so, I'm in, if not, will have to think carefully

But seriously, pending family commitments for that time of year, I'm certainly keen!

Afternoon all from a surprisingly sunny Melbourne!

Date can be changeable. I come up every Christmas for 2 weeks (bless the uni system and all the time off you get) so can definitely look at other dates. :-D

Suggest other dates. 8)

Oh and Old Dude... not a Queenslander yet, still a Melbournite! Garage caff crew still have to put up with me at the moment.

I'm in! Hopefully someone can help me pull my exhaust to check my rattling cat and remove cat bits from the muffler (sounds like pebbles in a can!). What food and/or beverages should I bring?
