Fair enough.
BTW, would you like some whine with your beer?
Kev, you got till 8:00pm. Since you're new to your car you don't know that MX-5's come with a "second wind" feature as standard.
It occurs the moment you sit in your driver's seat, turn the key to "start", drive and take the first corner at 50km/h.

Twas good to meet you too Andrew. Am still a bit concerned about your rear end though...
Thanks for the great turnout fellas, and see.... I told you the boys&girls in blue don't hassle us much. (We drove right past a cop car waiting to merge from a side street and he didn't turn to follow us)

Yep, a great evening. It was interesting comparing the handling of the GTI-R and the MX5 SE, albeit from the passenger's seat.
Evan and Andrew, here's the video I was trying to find. Cornering speed rules

I actually just had a thought about that. Are you DEFINITE that "0" means fulls soft, and not full hard? Experiment by turning it the other way, to 40. Seriously, I'm certainly not trying to sound like I know everything, but the setting you have on the rear is even harder than what I would have it for track use.
I've never heard of the brand of coilovers you have so please be cautious, as I am genuinely concerned.

I will try that. They may have stuffed up. I'll do that tomorrow.......stay tuned. I'll let you know the results.
The settings are not actually numbered. They have an arrow. One way soft, the other hard.
