Saw a red NC drive up to and along side a lowered Silver NA (Eunos Roadster) whilst driving south down the SE freeway.

The NC driver waved and the Silver NA winked back. I was in a non-MX5 car at the time... so couldn't join in.

I was amazed how much bigger the NC looked against the NA.

Nice Red NA (top down) on Beenleigh Rd this morning. I gave a brief salute, but don't think it was seen. Roof was up on my red NA at the time, so I was a little jealous!

Was drooling over a BRG NA yesterday, parked in Cleveland Sands carpark. Hardtop, tan leather interior, very clean, looked amazing and completely stock.

Green NB top down with a twin-hoop bar on Settlement road, this one was notable for a very healthy sounding engine with quite a nice purring exhaust.

Come on QLD - surely you've seen some MX5s in the sunshine state?

Spotted a titanium NC at the servo in Nudgee at the weekend, plus the BRG NA (in motion) at Wynnum Plaza last week - the plates say the driver is 41, and it's correct, she looks to be about that age.

Was in my MX5 at the time on both occasions, and no sign of recognition of being the same kind of car. Not surprised - I don't get many return waves from either camp - probably because they're not on here!

Yeah, i see a fair few... but I'm losing interest in reporting as it's not much fun if you don't get a wave/not someone from here...

Which it generally isn't. Stupid redlands.

Did see a Yellow NC2 hard top on its way back from Tambourine mountain on Sunday around 3:00...

Spotted white NB with hard top MX5SP up at hope Island near the marina shopping centre last weekend, I did wave even though I was in a gold 323.
My wife thought I was nuts but I told her it was a forumites car :lol:

Saw a Ti NC2 PRHT last week. But it was in Kyoto! And roof was up.
I can forgive though, it was about 3 deg.

Yep 'Old Dude' I have the hard top on at the moment as I've been a victim of the dreaded NB nip on the passenger rear quarter (...er, on the roof that is in case you've misread that). The nip turned into a small hole which is now a much bigger hole thanks to the 'professional' repair job done by some clown who charged me $70 for the privilege. It's unsightly now and probably un-hygenic too.

There was also a safety yellow NC in the same carpark that was drawing attention to itself with its left indicator still on. I assume the driver was still in the car, but couldn't see himher.

I did see a white NB8A (with soft-top up) and I waved but didn't see a reply. The two white 5's then drove tandem down Robina Town Centre Drive around 6pm on Tuesday until we departed company at the freeway roundabout. It was a married woman driving as I did notice her ring gleaming off the steering wheel. Didn't get the reggo. I haven't seen too many other white NBs outside club outings.

Don't spot too many around my area, but see the same red NA a few times around Fairfield/Dutton Park. Looks clean with a nice exhaust and lip, always get a wave too

Black NC hardtop at Harbourtown today, can't remember the plates but they were white letters on a blue plate.

Saw a nice white NA by the convention centre today. It had a white hardtop, gold mesh wheels and a GV(?) front lip. The exhaust sounded pretty sweet too.
