then we'll just be less frugal with the right foot. Mike, you'll like it, trust me. There's some fast, tight, level sweepers that are highly enjoyable. No weird bumps or dips either. You'll also get great chances to thoroughly test your QFM A1RMs

Something has come up and I will have to skip this one too I'm afraid.
But that certainly doesn't hinder the run itself as I'm sure there will be more than capable leaders to follow.

I'm definitely locked-in for FOM.

I'm checking out a red NA tomorrow arvo. If all goes well, I should be good for the drive on the 1st of June.

cool beans.
Good luck with the purchase, make sure you feel right about the car Kev, and glad you're considering NA's since I noticed you originally started looking for NB's.
Make sure you check out the buying guides and advice on here, and know the difference between the 1.6 vs 1.8 as well as JDM Eunos Roadster vs. ADM Mazda MX-5.

Feel free to shoot me a PM, and if it's nearby Stretton, I'd be more than happy to help you check it out.

Can't do Friday 25th but first week of June I plan to be there! Gearbox and clutch certainly starting to sound nasty... but it just keeps on going for the moment. :D

Looks like I'm in for next Friday's drive with bells and whistle. However take it easy as I'm a newby still learning to harness the new toy.

you got the NB with black wheels you showed me?
Congratulations!

There are a few people going tomorrow night Friday if it's road-ready.

If not, you shall enjoy next Friday's run and company. I personally guarantee it!

Sorry 1red5, can't make it tomorrow night. Picking the car up Saturday morning.

Yes...after test driving the NB and seeing all the documents, I simply could not pass up on a reasonably good one. It comes with 2 set of wheels, the black wheels as shown and a set of original Mx5 wheels. Apart from the wheels, everything else is stock. However I'm tempted to get a wooden trim steering wheel to get that nostalgia Alfa look.

I should be there for the June 1st run. Can you PM details of the meeting place?

Thanks.
