Re: Dodgy Day round 2: 16th June 2013
To help setting up for the day is there anybody else other than CaptainNate that will need a nice flat undercover spot for the full day? There are a total of 2 spots as well as heaps of driveway space without going into the shed which can take 4 cars? This is more to make sure there is enough safe jacking areas. In addition there can be an undercover area to detail 1 car at a time in if needed.
For others that attended last time they are aware of the space available.

I have a set of these Irwin Bolt Grip but it only goes up to 16mm.
Andrew you are a legend!! The nuts are 14 mm. Where did you get them? I've been looking for a set of those. Yes, please bring them.

Doh!, just double checked mine (that photo was from the interwebs) and it's 13mm, 17.4mm (11/16") then 19mm.
The 13mm might do it as the opening of the socket is made bigger to go over dags.

Re: Dodgy Day round 2: 16th June 2013
Just finishing up ordering things that I need (I am a bit slack, I'm hoping it arrives in time!)
So far I've got on the list: 1 - Exedy HD Clutch,
2 - 3.8kg Chromoly Flywheel (I decided to be a man)
3 - Rear Main Seal (Haven't called the boys at Automotive+ yet, but does anyone know of somewhere this could be picked up in Brisbane?)
4 - A set of NGK Iridium Plugs and MSD leads (been meaning to change them for a while now)
Am I missing anything in the clutch/tranny area that I've over looked? I've been told to replace the clutch line too, but after some talking with my wallet we decided to see if it needed it first.
Ooh! Also, would anyone happen to have a clutch alignment tool they could bring along? If not I'll have to order one of them too
Also #2, if everything goes smoothly with the clutch/flywheel job and there is still time available, would I be able to borrow a timing light and someones expertise to advance my timing?
Also #3, I'm gonna try and get myself a can of Silverstone touch up paint, so if there are any Silverstones' with stone chips you're welcome to my left overs

I'm pretty sure I have a couple floating somewhere in the shed, if I find one I'll drop off with Steampunk today.
Edit:: found one 1600 correct??? will drop off to Andrew

If you are not getting the Iridiums for cheap, I would use "ordinary" NGK BKR6E-11 plugs, or which ever number you have on your existing plug if you have gone up or down in plug temp, they are a lot cheaper and last about 20,000km. I replace mine every couple of years and just use the standard type plugs with no issues, but I only do about 5000km a year in mine.

Can't for the life of me remember how much I managed to get them for.
A little less than $70 for a set, including postage I believe?
Found through an Aussie supplier on fleabay.

Wow! Definitely saving that for next time haha.
I'm so slack when it comes to ordering parts, so I had to stick with Aussie suppliers due to time restrictions

I was wondering what time the timing light owners were hanging around for?
Won't be able to get there until after 1pm.
