Another biiiiig day out  . I won't need much rocking tonight.

Next one is on Thursday 15 Nov 07 - mark it in your calendar and get your day off organised.

I really enjoyed that today. Mostly I think because Doug took me around at the start showing me the correct lines and how to drive the course properly. I felt much better at it than last time, and enjoyed it much more as a result. Only one \"moment\" today...

Apparently, according to the guy in the RS4, I was lifting my front inside wheel through turn 2  The car felt great though, very smooth and predictable. Very happy with the Michy's too :)
Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever.

I'll have the car tuned by then, I promise!

Was a great day, pitty we had no timming, some of my laps were starting to feel really good. what were people pulling down the main straight and through turn 2?? i could get about 155 down the front and hold 130 through turn 2 (not bad for a mostly stock engine and road tyres i thought)

the rs4 sounded sweet

The highest speed I saw was a shade over 160 km/hr on the main straight just before running out of straight and guts. Same sort of speed through turns 1 & 2 as Butters - stock everything except very ordinary rubber compared to standard.

There will be timing next time - yesterday's problem was circumstances beyond our control.

You might very well....but it's the last speed I saw as I was about to enter. I have also been known to be able to check a speed at a glance whilst turning........even at 6 \"G\".
