There is underground parking there. The driveway is at the lights right close-by to the coffee shops. It's easily missed as there is hardly any signage and it plunges straight down out of view as you drive by.

A few spots of rain (not enough to wash the dust off the car)
No dirt or rubbish on the roads
Just got back from doing Campbells pocket to home the long way ( 2pm)
