Nice. A friend of mine is currently weighing up a new Golf GTi vs BMW 118M... Reading a couple of reviews of the Merc it sounds like it could also be well worth considering....

They're great, no manual option, but i drove it to Coolum and back this weekend just gone and it was great... bleeps on the downshift and crackles beautifully in first and 2nd and 3rd.. great sounding car, awesome build quality and too many features i am yet to explore them all. and performance is great, especially when in Sport or Manual Mode.... The Mrs loves it too , she loves the great stereo, luxuriousness and red accents throughout... plus, MB customer service is just outstanding.

I wonder how they did those plates. A 2x2 flexi plate doesn't allow a separator, and it has one letter missing for a standard 3x2 or 3x3. I don't think prestige plates allow for a separator either.

I've seen prestige plates with seperators

Here's a good example

I can't see a separator on that one? It looks like a space..

TL:DR you can get them with or without a separator....

Saw a great looking yellow NC at Carseldine Homemaker centre this afternoon. Had BBS rims. I have never seen an NC that colour before and it was enough to make me want to upgrade, what a good looking car.

I somehow misread your post and didn't realise you meant the separator and here I was thinking a space LOL!

I'm assuming you are referring to this yellow?

BBS rims is a good sign it's the Roadster Coupe Sports which means it also has Recaro seats that I want :D

They only came in that yellow for a year or two for the NC2 if I recall correctly

That is the colour. I think the BBS rims may have been aftermarket but not sure. They didn't look like the ones in your picture.

Yeah that is probably the one then. Was looking through Kev05's photos of all the years events today and noticed that the leader of the Sunshine coast chapter has the same car. Only two on carsales and still a bit out of my price range unfortunately

This very clean NA is sitting outside my office window as we speak. I may need new pants after an hour or so with those wheels.
