I haven't been to it before, but it looks like a great gathering. I'm going, but will be in my Civic unless I manage to find and buy an MX5 between now and then. Hey it could happen!

Well it wasn't too bad a show, only one MX5 though. I thought I would have seen a few of you guys with your 5's on display

Yeah, I was surprised that there was only one MX5 and it was part of the Grand Prix Mazda display. Still, there were some pretty cool cars there.
Grand Prix Mazda MX5
My favourite of the day (Honda S800)
"Power / Acceleration / Cruising" gauge on an old Toyota Crown
Suzuki Cappuccino. I love these. They make an MX5 look huge!

I only did the flying visit thing...(Typical car club politics in the background) so i didn't bother bringing mine out of the garage...
The muck has started to flow at Boost Cruising...
Smaller numbers than previous years but there were some quality cars out and about but i didn't bother with the camera.
I did get told if i swapped my SP for the Figaro that someone would dis-own me....
It was a pretty good show just suffering with growing pains.
Can only get better from here.
haha I can help organise said swap I know and was with the dealer that was there. I waved to you guys but you didn't recognise me in the cube

Had to go to Tennis school, or else I'll be all over this.
You'd think Grand Prix Mazda could have displayed an MX-5 with a straight front bumber, and with the roof up, the interior musn't be all that flash?

Yeah Andrew the MX5 wasn't too flash - the steering wheel looked like it had been chewed by a dog, the front bumper was missing the Mazda sticker on the front left corner, and the wheel centre caps were faded too - and those were just the few things I noticed at a quick casual look...
Jaron, sorry mate, I did notice you wave out of the corner of my eye, but didn't realise it was you at first.
