Phillz91's NB8B

Figured I would do a little introduction here.
Greetings from Townsville, Far North Queensland
I have recently picked up a completely stock Crystal Blue NB8B for use as a daily so I can throw even more cash down my money pit that is undergoing some surgery, both elective and compulsory.
I wasn't really looking at MX-5s all that much when looking for a daily, most of the ones I liked were out of my price range, but I came across this beauty and decided to stretch my budget a little purely for the colour of it and ended up picking it up for a pretty good price in quite good condition, only 138,000kms.
Have owned it for a few weeks now and plan on keeping it mostly stock while I figure out where it's weaknesses are and what I need to modify. So far the headunit/speakers needs to be updated, the standard CD player just doesn't cut it anymore
Aside from that, some nice rims, sticky tyres and some lowered springs (to maintain ride quality) are next, also looking at getting a more supportive seat and looking at a 3.9 ratio Torsen further down the line to upgrade the standard 3.6 open diff. Coming from a owning FWD and AWD cars the unexpected oversteer is something I need to get accustomed to as I am far too used to powering through corners
My MX5
My Money Pit (For those interested)
