Postby XB12R » Tue May 01, 2012 10:22 pm

So I need to buy some longer thinner wheel nuts?

The standard wheel spanner wont fit in the sockets with the standard nuts.

So what size wheel nuts to I need to buy thread size etc for a NA6.

The Wheels are +35 Yokohama ADVAN 15" RCII
89 NA6
Is always hard to chose between the 5 and the Ducati

I recommend the 949 Racing wheel nuts. They come in black or silver, are open ended with thread the whole way thru.

James (?) at MX5 Centre (Sponsor) sells them.

Black would suit your new rims.

I actually have a spare set. if you don't want to pay full price and don't mind some scratches you can have them for $60. Im in sydney!

PM me if your keen, if not good luck!

you will need 12 1.5 pitch for mx5 wheel nuts.

the steel slimline ones you can get from repco do the job just fine. I use them for my xxr wheels which have smaller holes then the stock wheels.
98 evo gold - rotrexed and loving it.
