Hi guys, picked up my little red roadster back in march so i figure its about time i write up a log and post some info on her.

Imported back in 1996 as a personal import, i believe her to be a 1993 model as her chassis no. is 6u9000na6ce126xxx, will need to confirm the build date with the logbooks though (can't read japanese -_-). With over 200,000 kms i reckon she's in pretty good nick. Here are some pics from when i purchased her

black hard top
15" work rims with falken semis
clear side indicators
tints

i wasn't really feeling the black work rims on the car (plus the semis seemed abit extreme for daily driving) so my first mod was to swap out the rims for some stockies. also preferred the smooth lines of no rear spoiler so after undoing the two side screws, one middle nut, and alot of pulling/cutting of glue, off it came. both the work rims+semis and rear spoiler will be up for sale soon if anyone is interested.

ok so update since last post.

removed antenna because it was fugly/rusted/and non-winding type. plugged it up with a rubber plug. looks imo heaps better, and best yet, still picks up the main radio stations.




also picked up an exhaust system, N*power rear muffler and what appears to be custom mid pipe and unknown headers. ive installed the catback so far and its got a nice sporty note to it



and how the muffler sits, actually sits quite high in the bumper, i was scared it would start melting it.

rims + spoiler still for sale?

Rims are sold unfortunately, however I still have the rear spoiler somewhere in the shed if you're interested.

Would you like some Eunos centre caps for your wheels? I've got an old set you can have.

Thanks Guran, but I have a set. They just won't fit over the lug nuts for some reason. Got some new wheels in mind soon though

so small update, its been a while. new rims, new low.

Quick question, where the freck did you find a fitting rubber grommet/plug for the aerial???? I have looked everywhere and cant find one that fits snug a creates a decent seal!?!?!
Any help?

Nah still haven't got the headers on. Thing is, the o2 sensor hole is all the way down near the cat. So I've got to either lengthen the wires or plug it up and make a new hole like oem. I might just keep an eye out for some cheap Jdm ones that won't need mods. Could do with a new high flow cat aswell.

As for the aerial plug, I found it in the shed. Nfi which car it came from but if I ever find out or find another I'll let you know.

Yeah I found that out a couple months ago, can't edit first post without a mods help so I never bothered updating. Rego papers show it's a 96 though lol @ private imports.

found an old engine bay pic, arc magic intake and carbing 2pt with brake master stopper.



so new mods, well most arent installed yet, been busy with work, weddings (not mine, thank god), and gt5.

finally found a 3pt that fits my NA. went through a couple NB ones only to find they wont properly clear the bonnet. options included raising the bonnet hinges with washers, cutting up the skeleton of the bonnet. decided would be in my best interest to just sell them and wait for an NA one to turn up.
