ARTIIC - Our Red NA6

We've had the NA6 for about 1.5 years.
We looked ages to find a clean one.. The interior was particularly important to us and this interior is pretty clean.
This is acutally my wife's first car.. At the time I had an AE86 Sprinter and this MX5 started to win me over.
I spent more time and money on this than the Sprinter. (well not really...)
No sooner after buying it we noticed a loss of power.. ended up being the dreaded Short nose crank issue.
This was heart breaking... $2K later we had a big nose 1.6L put in by MX5 Mania and it was back on the road.
Strong as an ox now..
Since then:
- NB8A rims with Kuhmo KU31's and hand painted mazda logo
- New gear boot and handbrake leather cover
- Alpine MP3 Stereo
- OBX Style bar
- Remote central locking and immobilzer
- Late NA Nardi Torino steering wheel
- brushed silver vent rings
- SkunkII knob
- Stubby Bee sting antenna
Pretty much all styling. Performance is decent for a 1.6L:)
Any how we may have to sell it very soon cos we are moving .. feel sad just thinking about it..
My post here is a tribute to her
EDIT: If anyone wants some great photos, let me know! The photographer happens to be an MX5 owner too
