Our 2008 model toyota has the exact same unit, but in silver...

It's probably standard across the Toyota range, I find it a good little unit, the bluetooth works a treat too!
If you need a copy of the manual let me know.

I can't receall exactly but it should be, I'll try to scan it when I get home on the weekend or next week.

Make sure you do the rear main seal and front gearbox seal so you don't oil up the new clutch! I think that was half the problem. Sorry to hear about the alternator.

If you can do that, you can fit a supercharger!

Bend some wire into a J shape and slide it into the vent (holding the long side of the J).
Then pop it behind one of the bars of the vent and pull it back out.
Hard to explain, but you are basically trying to get a loop behind one of the bars of the vent.
Now just pull it towards the back of the car, they should come out very very easily.
I got the radio manual too - WIll try to get it scanned this week.

Wahoo, stereo in and working
Just need to get a new tombstone to hack up now I know where everything sits and fits. Not exactly the plug and play option I was banking on but it should look just about factory with the new tombstone and gap filler in place.
