Today I got my new donor car. Some of you may know this as KennyO Racing WTAC 450hp MX5. This car has basically everything I need to finish mine. Time to start getting serious.

That’s one heck of a donor! I was disappointed when the gearbox failure appeared to be the end of the story. Glad it’s going to carry on (sort of).

Geebus. Just saw that car trundling along in the pits at WTAC on the Speedweek coverage a few minutes ago.

Daffys is fast but not quite like this. This is getting smaller housings and stuff to get it -down- to 300rwkw. This is an extremely serious package.

I think I'll, be obver the moon when i finally get 160 ish rwhp

but I wasn't really trying to compare....more like fark!!!!

Nice target! I wonder if a 2.5ltr MZR in a NA6 chassis could get those numbers...

Spent my afternoon sanding back the car today in preparation for paint and I’ve got a few big and small goodies coming from REV9.
She’s getting closer everyday :D

Wow, that's one hell of a donor car. Bit sad in a way to see Kendall's car end up like that, but your money and your project :) I assume you doing the transplant because his chassis wasn't registerable any more, or just wanted to use your chassis with dropped floor etc?

Can't wait to see it all come together.

What are you doing to the paint? Sanding all the colour back to primer, then reprimer and paint?
