Cheers Dann...Looks awesome!

I wonder if that sensor bung will leave enough room betwixt car body and exhaust for the sensor to fit? I think wozzah mentioned when I ordered them to check that on the car when you build it.

I'm sure you have your sh*t together anyway :D

Fitment will all be checked, and If i have issues Ill fit another o2 bung where it will fit.

As for the manifold, Heres this mornings progress.

Its steampipe, which is mild steel, welded with stainless rods, hence the slightly pretty colours.

Nice work bud.

Did you get my earlier email?

Cheers
Warren

I did get your email, couldnt call you though, tried like 4 times.

Im getting the headers picked up from the depot tomorrow morning.

People have been home every day for a week, they left a note in the mailbox but I hadnt checked the mailbox for a set of headers lol.

Dann

Lol, glad they turned up, hope you're happy with them,

Looks like the same stuff I use.

So for the trial fit.

The turbo flange is out by 0.5mm, So Im going to move it by 1mm to give 0.5mm clearance, so 'turbo not hit block'.

Almost perfect.

Should have seen the grin on his face when I revealed it.

Niiiice! I'm starting to enjoy the VTEC Yo! of the Integra that I'm afraid I'll be disappointed with Apu when I drive it again.

Hopefully the lightened flywheel will give it a bit more zing.
