did a little work on the na today

fitted new steering wheel
removed soft top










got a front sway bar today as well




engine build has to be next

we dont know the origin of the sway bar

it was at the right price so going to give it a go

had a busy day today
engine is out
come out very easy so very happy next think is to pull it down and see what needs to be done

Hoping my engine holds together for another 2 meetings and then I'll be pulling mine out for a rebuild during the off season.

After pulling the na6 motor down and seeing that it needs a lot of work done

We are going to skip the 1600 and go to 1800 low km motor

Thing is of I'm going to rebuild a motor why waste it on 1600

So more power is the way

Found a motor thanks to mx-5 plus

Pick up the motor this week
And start fitting
Got some nice gear coming from mx-5 mania

pick up motor and parts for the change over on saturday afternoon

spend today working on getting the new motor where it should be

and had a great all went smooth so far




na6 flywheel and the new clutch off the old motor



coil packs in place

yeah i know wont have the money or the exhaust all finished it gets done the day after

if the track day date was not change would of made it


the engine is all fitted and now running, sounds strong so looks like its going to be A one to race with

heat put water in my car not good
have to get this fixed then off to the track monday at lakeside
