Oh noes
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

I got my CF hard top today. I sold the factory red one a few weeks ago and now have this one to replace it:

It weighs next to nothing, unlike the factory one.

More pics in the thread about these tops in the For Sale section.

I hope to get it on the car on the weekend.

It's on! With the soft top out and OEM hard top swapped for the Lightyear version, I've taken about 35 kg out of the top of the car! (and about 5 out of me since June). Should help my times next track day.

The shed is slowly getting there. I've nearly sorted the big shelves. After I paint the rest of the floor I'll arrange the smaller shelves, tools, power etc so the 5 can finally get the attention it needs. (like the flywheel & clutch I've had for 6 months)

Not this Christmas. I'm going to get my other car working properly then take the engine out of the 5 and work out why the overheating. New water pump, and a good check-up. I'll do the clutch & FW while it's out. Maybe Easter...

This car is now for sale. I have dríven it just twice since September last year and reckon it has done about 100 km in the last 14 months.

Status:
Car is still fitted with JR SC kit
Nopro wash bottle is fitted but pump not wired in yet.
Car is covered in Gekko sh1t and dust from lack of use
Car doesn't have soft top fitted

ALL original Clubman parts will come with car except factory hard top.

See my for Sale ad. This car will be offered as-is for a week or so, if it doesn't sell, I'll put it back to stock and sell the parts separately.

Update:

The factory soft top is back on. The stock springs and sway bars are back on. The stock O2 sensor is back on. The MSPNP is out. The JRSC is out. The Nopro wash bottle is out.

Just a few grommets to put back in and replace the passenger footwell trim over the stock ECU and she's almost back to stock. Just the stainless headers to tip exhaust and alloy radiator as the only mods (oh, and the power steer).

The flywheel and clutch have sold. The wheels and tyres look sold. Plenty of Sydneysiders want the hard top but nobody in Brisbane...

Car will be for sale in a few weeks time.
