Sounds like one of the 8 globes in your instrument panel is out. Not sure if you can replace them..

I don't mind saying I have been a big fan of this car since before I bought my first... one of the main contributors to me desiring AWD stuff so much, glad to see you're still around Raymo. 
Scorpius if finding replacement bulbs proves difficult you could go for LED's but you must get the ones like this: https://www.superbrightleds.com/product ... 2480,2511/
These do the best job at keeping the lighting even across the whole gauge face.
