In Vic, United is guaranteed and advertised as 85% ethanol all yr round I disagree as this is not in accordance with the E85 standard and why would a company meet a higher standard, it is not economical. Nowhere on its website does it say that it is guaranteed in Vic that E85 WILL HAVE AN ETHANOL CONTENT OF 85%. If United was proven wrong then it could be prosecuted under consumer law.
