Ouch! I've seen this happen occasionally in powerlifting, never pretty but they usually recover quite well and return to competition.

I guess if there's ever been a time to be laid up, unable to drive, it's now.

Sorry to hear about the injury - hope the recovery goes well.

And just when everything was coming together on the build.

Ouch. No good. The downtime is as bad as the injury. I hope the operation and recovery goes smoothly.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes.
It did...... tickle. I did it about 10am and finished building the cattle yards I was working on about 6 that night, it was a long day.
I used to be a body builder Lachy before going into the Army and my training partner did his doing a preacher curl in front of me and it healed well so fingers crossed it comes good.
It’s a shame I’m not as fit as I was..... not even close because it would really help now.

Oh buggar! That must hurt. I hope you're not stuck with a half demolished kitchen. Call me if you need a hand. Are you seeing Chris Phoon?

Sounds very painful, the action, surgery and waiting for it to heal. I hope all go well and as painless as possible!
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

I really appreciate that Mate.
Thankfully I got as far as drawing lines all over walls that are coming out or being cut and that was it.
I have to say it’s going to be a bit of an inconvenience for a while.
On Wednesday night a kangaroo jumped into the side of Lisa’s CX5 and I think it will be a write off.

With fires, floods, a pandemic, the car and this arm I feel 2020 can only get better.

Sorry Phil I can’t remember the surgeons name, he is an upper arm specialist from Canberra.
