it was aeroflow pushloc hose E85 compatible with aeroflow pushloc fittings. The hose had very small cracks where it pushed on. Strange that non of the other hoses had similar cracks...

Good to hear the CL1 was a simple install.
That is about normal, plus the rivets can just be seen the pads are evenly worn despite the jammed lower slider pins.

Ah yep, I can see the rivets now Just thought the material on the left pad looked a bit flay, and thought it may have been a heat issue. If I remember correctly though these are rated to 800 degrees C?
Ran the car at QR in general practice and street sprints.
Decided to switch to 205/50/15 tyres, I have 2 sets of AD08R's to use and the Nankang AR-1's were almost shagged. Managed a 1:27.547 on the national (AD08R's) and a 1:27.874 on the AR-1's. Now to put this into context the AD08R's were used on 3 sessions and on the first session they went from 26 cold to 34 hot! By session 3 they were stable at 30 hot (aiming for 29). The AR-1's were used for 1 session and went from 26 cold to 32 hot. Another session and they would have been quicker!
It was surprising the amount of adjustments that were required to bump/rebound to make the car feel 'stable'. No matter which tyre the car felt very grip limited.
PM saw the car running with the 86 club, managed a 1:00.586 (205/50/15 AR-1's) on the sprint (0.6 slower than PB on 225/45/15 AR-1's). The car was a bloody handful, wanting to wag its tail all over the place, very little understeer at all
The changes made, lighter hardtop and lower engine mounts as well as changing the brake bias i think were positives. Whilst it did not translate into faster times, it was more due to tyre grip than anything else. The car was accelerating better and braking was a lot smoother. The bias was changed to be 50/50 as opposed to 75% to the front. This required resetting of brake points.
The left is 205/50/15 AR-1's Vs 225/45/15 AR-1's on the right. The brake has improved, and it felt like it had, I was braking too early...!
Data from the video, the predictive timer was showing I was on a fast lap... Take note of the difference in the brake pressures when compared with my current PB. When I look at your data plots I am reminded of that moment in The Matrix when Neo stops seeing the characters in 'the matrix' and sees the matrix itself scrolling up his field of view...

Sample rate is 50hz, I need to get everything on the outside of the blue circle for all the negative values ...
That’s really cool. There’s probably more than a few interesting ways of cutting and comparing. For example, it would be interesting to reduce each quadrant to an average point for that quadrant (which would simplify visual comparison) or perhaps an overlay of one sessio with another, or early session v late session
Doing any update on firmware always gets me nervous, especially if it goes bad... I made sure that the battery was fully charged, attached my large jumper battery and made an exclusion zone of 1km around the car
The reason for the flash was to find out if the current firmware would allow the new VNet Shock module to be found. The Shock module allows sample rates of 500hz hence shock velocities can be derived... And it did!
So far I have 38 data channels excluding time/GPS/math channels...
Fortunately our favourite black and white bird knows this, and made all the right preparations. Though I would have made it a 10km exclusion zone, because I am a cautious old so-and-so .
