Upper & lower shift boots replaced today - so much better!

Don't think I'm after a short shift kit any longer - feels just right now :mrgreen:

Maniac is officially up for sale guys. :frown:

I need to spend a couple of weeks on her getting presentation up to spec and will post pics once done, plus a proper FS thread.

Why a couple of weeks? Well, it's raining this weekend, and I need to spend a minimum of 16 solid hours getting the car up to my standard.

The car has been returned to stock look on first inspection.

KMs - 36xxx (not a typo)
Mania stage 2 upgrade - this is a built engine, stock turbo.
Ex MX5 Mania Car (Yes, that one)

PM with any questions - thought I'd put it out here first, open to offers.

I'm looking for $16k, I think that's pretty reasonable considering kms and included candy.

I saw this car when it was at Mania and Dave told me the story about it. I think it had 10600km on it then.
I lent on it for a second and Dave nearly sh*t himself and went mad at me as he just spent $5,500.00 getting it fully painted.
It was like it came from the showroom and I think he really didn't want to ever sell it.

Thanks Lokiel, will miss the car, but the NA needs some lovin' and sadly I can't afford to have rego/insurance bills for 4 Mazdas, plus modz and restoring so one has to go.

Here she is as of today - awaiting deposit to come through from a very keen party.

Maniac will be missed. Someone got one hell of a bargain with that car! If I were still shopping I would have beat down your door and thrown my money at you. (I thought about doing that anyway - but it would be hard to drive a nice car after your girlfriend murders you)

Will we see Kidney at the Open Day? I'm going to have to have give mine a detail this weekend I think.

So wish you'd posted for sale about 2 weeks earlier than you did (as I'd just picked up a sunlight silver SE in August) with nearly as good K's...but titanium...well they're would have been no contest!

Some of my parts from my "pretend" titanium SE came from your crunched SE (courtesy of Boyracer)

So here we are nearly three years later from the thread's front page. That long already?!

Car is now sold, I'm in awe of the knowledge of the person who bought it - the car is in very good hands.

To those who decided not to buy, thank you for letting me know straight away. Couldn't ask for that in a normal car selling situation, you guys rock.

Now for the next chapter in MX5 ownership - Kidney. This one is going to be a very long resto project due to the amount of stuff that is going on at the moment, but will update that thread accordingly!
