Prepsol is good too.
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

I think part of the reason these sort of cars don't sell is the people that understand the value are already heavily committed to the car they have.
The residue - grab a "caramel wheel" from somewhere that sells body work supplies. This what the professional paint shops use.

^ This.
I would've probably bought your NA8B if I didn't already buy my Clubman a month before yours came on the market, and saved myself a lot of money getting to the point I am now.
Can't wait to see the carbon car in action

People will eventually find out what it costs to build a car to do these lap times. And I bet it is a lot more than $15k. I will put all the track bits into the other MX5 and logbook it as a 2B car. Then race it. I also bought a V8 commodore race car. Will see what car I prefer, and sell the one I don't want as much.

A lot of it will live again in the other shell. I might actually sell the race motor. I don't really need it any more. I will wait until I do some more research before committing to selling it.

Re: Lightyear's SE Replica Track/Road MX-5
It's built, dynoed, and sitting in the car. Problem is, it's been well over a year, and I can't get onto him to get the ECU and loom. M800 ecu's are not cheap.
Plus, if I use this motor, I will have to logbook the car as a 2A car. Or pull the manifolds off, and use the SE bits. The motor is built very strong, and to make huge horsepower, but doesn't suit what I want to do with the car now.

Re: Lightyear's SE Replica Track/Road MX-5
Completely different cars. His is a fully built track car. The silver car on here was just a road car with some bits I made, Oem turbo, manifold, down pipe, etc. Still had full interior minus passenger seat, electric Windows, etc. And maybe the bigger problem is I no longer own this car. I have a commodore now. Brendan's car will be faster than the commodore, and probably cost a lot less.
