My pleasure. Turned into a really good day after the early morning rain. I'm very pleased with my time especially as I was pushed all the way. Really fun day.

Seems like all the class records are being broken at every round. Rob downs broke a record by 1 second. And i am sure there are others.

That's true. I beat my own lap record. Got a 1.12.5. Down from a 1.14.0

Picked her up on Thursday night and competed at Sandown on the Sunday. Car is totally stock and I have to say it was pretty impressive on the track. Just proves how right Mazda got the Mx5 straight out of the box. All i did was use my Kumhos on freshly painted black rims and was very happy with my 1.33.8 that i posted, my lap record is 1.32.3. Now for some coil overs, race pads, proper racing fluids and hopefully she will be as well sorted as my old NC.

Woow, I didn't know about the right off. Hell mate, glad you're all right.
PM me with the details.

Now onto the silver and black stealth car. It's going to make it far harder to see you coming up behind. Can you paint a day-glow orange stripe down the bonnet and boot? 8)

Phil, I could paint my car bright pink. You'll be that far in front of me you still won't see me!!!

So not much has been done on the car front. Still trying to sort out the Yellowspeed suspension. The rear end is a bit too twitchy for my liking on the limit. I believe it needs to be softer. Tried playing with the settings but still not happy with the out come. I think it's time to source some softer springs.

One thing I have done is add a six point harness.

A quick post to finish off the year. Finally got the car back after a little bingle. While it was in there I decided on a full respray as I wanted the car to look as good as new........plus I'm a fussy bastard. I think it looks great and love the new black mirrors and windscreen surround which makes the car different to every other NC that's on the road.

While on the track my fastest lap times for me this year were:

Phillip Island 1.59.3
Sandown 1.31.9
Winton 1.44.3
