SERIOUSLY? ALL IN 1 DAY?
*Firstly, my bumper was 'kissed' by a car parking too close. My number plate bracket took a 2" scallop out of my bar. Quoted $350 cash for repair and re-spray.
*I had a hoist reserved at a local mechanic last night. On the way there my clutch started to slip. Once on the hoist, i could see my rear main seal had dumped one hell of a lot of oil out of the bell housing drain hole. The tail shaft seal was also on the way out. New clutch and seals required.
*On further investigation into my speed wobble, i need all front control arm bushes. Its now clear that the last wheel aligner didn't give a sh!t, or had no idea.
*After dumping the transmission oil, it seemed like the last change was done with some crap auto fluid. The plug was covered in shavings. $150 worth of redline lightweight shockproof. Amazing stuff, but pricey.
*My drivers side window had started to 'click' half way up a few weeks ago. I hadnt thought much past 'ill have to have a look at that' until last night, on the way home. I rolled the window down to wave at a friend, now the window wont go up. Mind you, it was bucketing down! I got home drenched through, also needing a new window regulator!
Considering ive done less than 5000km in it, its gonna be a hefty bill!
My 5 wont be out for a while now! I'll let yesterdays Mozz wear off first!
