Looks like you guys smashed some solid hours to get the show on the road!
Welds look pretty tidy to me 8)

If trying to pass emissions, maybe move the cat right up to the front of the system too (even if temporarily) to get plenty of heat into in. Also consider running E85 for the test, clean oild/plugs/leads etc will all help you.

Would be nice to see it engineered, but I suspect it wont be a super easy road... Well not if you want to do it above board anyway.

So i have been having issues of higher than expected boost and power disappearing on WOT.

I adjusted the wastegate actuator down to where it almost just slides on with a little resitence and that brought me from 10Psi down to about 7-8Psi.

But still wweird power loss issues.
Thought about it and i am pretty sure it started after i made a cheap intake with a JustCrap silicone 130' hose.
I had a look and it is so soft, it just collapses with slight pressure.

My question is :
Under load/boost would there be enough vacuum to suck this closed??
Or is that a dumb thought??

Run the filter direct off the turbo without the silicon bend and compare.
How's the power feel compared to before you had issues?

Does it feel faster for having more boost or slower?

Can you load it up while stationary to watch for issues? Or put it on a dyno?

Are you leaking boost out of a vacuum hose?

Just a few ideas.
