Did it damage the rims or the suspension at all?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

theres no evidence of the tyre or rim being hit from the other car and it drives the same as before hand, but it's getting a wheel aligment to make sure all is well.

It goes to the panel beater tomorrow morning, they're fixing the gaurd and door under insurance and repainting the roof, front & rear bumpers, mirrors and numberplate garnish at our expesne. So while it won't look new, it's going to look very tidy indeed. 8)

I don't know if this is my imagination or not, but some of the shots show that the wheels are polished, and in others, they are standard and dull.

Good luck with getting it all together, and even though gettingit hit is not good, if you get a full re-spray, partly at the insurer's expense, it might work out really well for you.

I've often dreamed of doing up an old NA myself.

They're been chrome plated at some stage of there life and are flaking badly.. even the centre caps have been plastic chromed :roll:
My sis is talking about either getting them blasted or get a seet of wheels when these tyres need replacing
