he doesnt need people in his build thread talking sh*t, like you do in almost every thread you post in.

Look over your post and see whos talking sh*t. You would think that out of respect you would not start and argument in someone elses thread, but then again im the idiot. Im just going to defend myself then leave it because i do have respect. If you would care to read and stop being a prick because you think you have status with your post count, i was just being friendly in a sarcastic way, full stop. This whole thing is revolving around him being alowed to not modify it, but everyones ignoring the fact that he said he wants to put in a cd player, aircon, and upgrade to 1.8ltr spec brakes. Im pretty sure these are mods.

Stop being so touchy, and see the humour in things. Im sorry if i offended you soft top by saying that its hard to leave the mx5 untouched, because thats what your gonna do right. Mxhevn, sorry for offending you because i know your really sensative, its pretty obvious, but you seriously have to let the whole 'ive been here longer i know more' thing go, because any normal person wouldnt have taken what i said as an insult, just friendly sarcasm. For gods sake what did i say that was so bad? "The mod bug gets everyone" because it bloody does! Even if it is a cd player and aircon, thats a mod, new tyres, new oils, safety upgrade, roll bar.. so what i said wasnt so bad after all. You make it out like im trying to sabotage his thread by suggesting that hes gonna wanna do something to it even though he said he didnt want to at first, as that seems to be the culture on this forum, if you cant deal with that, then leave. Stop trying to attack me, because if anyone else said it you wouldnt have said anything. Show a little bit of respect to your fellow forumites because all i ever try to do is gain knowledge, and help. You seriously have to grow up and leave me alone.

Im sorry softop if this has ruined your thread, but you should really be looking to blame the people who have attacked others for no reason.

i re-read my post, and see nothing wrong with it as stated he can do what he wants with his car, he doesnt need people telling him to do things to it, its as simple as that.

i find the post count insult quite amusing, i couldn't care less if i have been here for 2 months, or have 10 posts, that doesnt change who i am, if you dont like who i am, then tuff.

no one else would of said it for a start, no one posts their smart ass comments like you do as they dont feel a need for it.

if you wish to continue this rant/sook/whinge of yours then PM me and discuss your issues with me.

I never told him he needed to do anything, i just said it was unlikely he would not do anything, even if it was a new cd player. Get over yourself, your wrong, dont dig yourself deeper. If your old enough to have your licence, you should be old enough to act like an adult. Unless ofcourse NSW gives out licences to 15 year olds, coz thats how old your acting. I dont need to discuss anything further, your basically a young know it all punk with an mx5 and an internet connection. I feel sorry for the car.

Could a moderator please delete all these posts and reverse the damage done to this build thread, its not fair.

I belong to a number of forums and I have never come across the behaviour of some members of this forum. The posts being made should, if at all, be done by PM not public posting for all to read. It makes me wonder if I wan't to continue being a member. I joined because I thought it would be a useful source of information and help. Not to read two individuals abusing each other. I feel that those concerned owe all of the members of the forum an apology for their behaviour and the moderators need to remind them of the conditions of membership.

as i stated, it should of been continued via PM, yakob/crzymx did not respond and posted again in your thread, and i have not replyed further to his rubbish in your thread as you can see.

you should stick around, there is a wealth of information on this website for the australian mx-5's.

once again i appoligise for having part in sabotarging your build thread, but hopefully if you do stick around, or dig up some old threads, you can see where i am coming from.

The Ute was my everyday transport until the "5" came along. It is currently laidup with clutch problems. As can be seen the 2 Door still has a lot of work to be done on it before it can be used.

Very clean car man. I haven't seen a harlequin Mx5 for many years.
