The car that got turned around was around 3 or 4 laps down and had received the blue flag at the preceding 3 flag points but chose to ignore them and realistically costed the 57 car a legitimate chance at 4th outright... Ironic how you go from carrying on how the NC isn't as quick as the earlier models then when you are 4-6s off their pace per lap you just whinge about how you were treated the 4th time you get overlapped.

So 2 years in a row you post a video of this corner from the same bad camera angle, last year you posted my accident on this corner which looked bad, but my camera footage looked totally different, I will have to figure out how to post footage. I would wait untill the 57 video is posted I am sure it will look totally different from his car as well. It is amazing even video can look distorted. Its good to see the 76 car pasted you again in this video without a problem. How many times did the NCs Lap you?

I post the video, people make up there own minds....happy to see the video of these incidents from a different angle.
Green car... stock 1.8 engine, 5 speed, same Kumho semi slicks we ran at the Wakefield 300.
NC... 2.5 Race engine, 6 speed, Michelin Slicks
Once again I just tell the facts, people make up their own minds.

I would like to stress that I didn't really want to upload this video because I believe it should stay at the track and posting 30 second clips on youtube of this stuff is a little bit catty... Dad did apologise to Peter after the race... It should have been left at that, I guess thats why CAMS has an internet & social media policy.
The video quality is a little poor but you can just see that Peter passes Lou then cuts hard to the left ... Dad assumed that this was his reaction to the blue flags he received and was letting him by, he then cuts hard across Dad's line which Dad realises and reacts to by braking to avoid contact and just tagging the rear, if he stayed on the power he would have cleaned up the front guard... there is always two sides to these stories and again thats why this stuff shouldn't be broadcast this way.

You uploaded the video as "Deckspeed, Driving beyond the limits" that doesn't speak volumes about your impartiality.

My apologies for that, have changed it.
As far as being impartial...I was part of that incident and have damage on my car also for which I certainly did not receive an apology....therefore my view is pretty much the same as most everyone else.

The apology is appreciated, and I am sure nobody intended to damage your car or any other for that matter, so if you feel it is necessary I am sure an apolgy would be forthcoming to you if you had mentioned your aggrieved feelings at the circuit instead of posting videos of the incidents for your own social group to make biased judgements on... Michael is quite right in mentioning the fact that this is the 2nd year in a row that you have posted videos of incidents involving cars that they have prepared, in races of which I am certain there were many more incidents that did not involve them, that were far more severe.... I think some of the guys that far down the grid need to realise that the blue flag exists for a reason and although the passing car has still got a large degree of responsibility, they still need to be aware of what is coming... I have raced in enough Prod Sports 1 hours against the ridiculous GT grid to know that... it's not really that hard.
As for everyone being of the same view, our own in car footage has been shown to several people, who have a large amount of experience in motorsport, to get a more balanced opinion on the incident as we can appreciate our own is always through rose coloured glasses and from what our footage shows all of them were comfortable in the fact that it was at very least a racing incident, not 1 person shared your thoughts on things.
I know that the Youtube upload is pretty poor quality and not as clear as the raw file, I will work on fixing it up, failing this I am more than happy to send the raw file to you or anybody else who wants it.

I like this bit, Steven Head doing a great job passing a couple of the other MX5s...
