What is it actually jacked from? The trolley jack looks to far back to be the culprit, and it doesn't look like jackstand/s. His head perhaps?

Maybe it's an action snapshot, the jack just got shot out from underneath the car and the car is in the process of falling on his head.

Looking at this image again the rear wheel is not on the ground either! check the shadow.
