That was a pretty special video for me. Really sums it up.

He didnt mention that more mx5s are racecars than anything else on the planet though 8)

He pretty much nailed it, didn't he? The whole idea of the roadster.

Also I love the look on his face at around 5:50 when he says "What's up? Let's go start some Sh*t!" :lol:

I see one going down Victoria Road and peeling off around Darling Harbour quite often...always have to remind myself to keep my eyes on the road.

Beautiful machine.
Friend has a genuine Lotus factory race Elan.
Fitted with every go fast bit Lotus could install
Shipped in a new lightweight factory body for it a while back which was so thin you could see through it
Chapman was the inventor of the gram principle which Mazda followed with the MX5

The Elan is a sensational car...soo Raw and fun to drive. That video is spot on talking about the two

Ive borrowed my Uncles S2 Elan for some FnC runs in the past

I like how they moulded in the bumper shapes and then painted them silver.

It should look tacky but it doesn't.

Mazda should reference again this car for classic styling cues.
