Hi i just purchased a 1992 Eunos Roadster 1.6L, the issue with it is it only starts up after around 4 or 5 attempts as the immobiliser cuts the engine out on the other tries, is it an immobiliser issue and is there an easy way to just remove the immobiliser to run it as im only using it over the summer. Cheers

It could be anything by the way you describe it.
NAs only got immobs/alarms fitted as aftermarket. If you genuinely think it is that, take it to an auto elec to remove it.

There's usually no easy way to remove them, hence Bruce's auto elec suggestion.

If you're carefull and pay attention to tracing one wire at a time you can DIY the removal.
I did mine after the immobiliser started to pay up.
It took a while and you will be working under the dash, so typically upside down, trying to solder thin, old wires - be prepared to drip hot solder onto yourself.

For OP, if you decide not to take it auto elec & diy, then remove the driver seat so that you can lay on your back on the floor with you feet up on the rear parcel shelf to access under the dash.
