Spotlight screws

Hi, I took my spotlights off my nb ages ago, and I’ve lost the screws for them, I wanted to put them back on but I’m not sure what screw size I need, would anyone happen to know. Thanks

If I recall, they're just self tappers, so there's a lot of leeway in sizing, as long as the shank isn't too wide to split the mount posts on the bumper, or too narrow to slide out, it should work.

Ok great thanks, I wasn’t sure if I needed a specific thread size or not, so I’ll just see if I can find similar

Do double check on your bumper though.

I know there were two types of fog lamp used on the NB8B, so maybe there is a pint difference between them (I doubt it)

I dont really know the size or the right fastener. But a self tapper screw usually screws into a extruded hole or a hole of a specific size i.e. diameter designed to accept a S/t. Self tappers often with thread type AB come in various sixes very small like # 4 then 6 then 8 then 10 etc. The S/t screws itself in the hole and then holds tight. If the screw is undersize it has no grip and if its oversize its hard or impossible to screw in and will open up the hole which is not what you want. If the mating items has a internal thread then the screw is going to be a metal thread i.e. thread which accepts a nut or threaded mating part. Not sure if that helps at all.
