Hi everyone.
I'm putting a request out there for pictures of a stock AC fan plug and socket. My car was delivered without AC so I don't know what they are supposed to look like, other than the socket probably being located near the AC fan relay.
The reason I ask is that I want to get a second fan installed before the warm whether really ramps up, and was thinking about using the factory provisions for the AC fan. My hvac panel still has a push/push button underneath the stock blower dial (you have to pull the factory non-AC knob off to press it but it's still there) so was thinking that I could use this to manually activate the second fan using all stock wiring.

Perfect, thanks Clubman. Will probe the socket with a multimeter to see if the HVAC switch activates a 12V circuit.

Since the HVAC button is not connected to the AC relay, it is connected to the ECU, which controls the AC relay. I'm using an Adaptronic, so would be best to just switch on the AC relay, or add another relay and control it by temperature with the ECU.
