Hi, I have a eunos roadster import from japan.

When I turn the indicator stalk to main beams nothing happens, when I turn it all the way to high beams the headlights will pop up and display the high beams (the relay for them works as you can hear the click) and when I use the button on the dash the headlights pop up and down with no trouble but the main beams won't go on.

The lights have been checked and are fine, and the motor must work because it works fine for high beams, is there and where is there a fuse for the headlights or a relay (when you turn the main beam on there is no clicking which I have been told is that is the sign of a faulty relay). Or if you have any other suggestions as to what the problem might be i'd love to hear it.

It's possible water got into the electrics - did you use & confirm the headlights worked after pressure washing, but before unplugging something on 17 July?

From this the headlight issue seems to stem from unplugging something.

As Juffa's reply indicated, this suggests the headlight issue could be in the twisting of the headlight stalk, particularly as subsequently (below) you advise the relay is functioning when highbeam is applied.

From this the headlight issue seems to be related to the twisting of the headlight stalk to low beam (but not high beam).
Main fuse box in engine bay contains a headlight fuse & a retractor fuse. Fuse box in cabin (under driver side dash above right leg) contains a tail light fuse amongst other fuses. Relay is variously located either under the driver side dash or in engine bay near wiper motor.
Btw, if you haven't already, worth checking the tail light fuse:
