HELP! NB SE OBD Error Code 2009

SO I have sold my NB SE, but on way back from getting RWC I have a Check Engine Light.. my OBD scanner tells me error P2009 "Undefined Code".. a bit of a google has not helped, anyone had this issue before?
NC2-- Tein Flex, Tomei Headers, GWR Super Q , RPF1, ECUtek Race Rom...

just had a look on google

could be a loose connection at the PCM, or something intake manifold related, possibly a sensor loose or a problem with the diaphragm on the manifold that controls the variable runners
MY07 NC, Mazdaspeed Body, Ohlins, Full GWR Exhaust, 17x9 RPF1's, 4.1FGR and lots lots more
