Ok, so I recently bought a pair of NB8B foglights and I'm going to install them onto my NB8A.
Before I begin, I want to get an idea of just how much wiring etc I'll need to do....
So far I know I'll need:
Foglights (got them)
Switch (will get one from the wrecker when I get a chance)
Misc plugs and wire.
Anyway, does anybody know if the NB8A (like the NA) has the wiring/relays already installed?
I'm hoping that It's all there and simply a matter of me just having to run wires to the lights.
Anbody done it before?
if it matters, they use H1 bulbs, 12v, 55w

Re: NB8A Foglamp wiring.
You'd have to wire them up yourself. You can get a Mazda OEM foglight switch and i'd set up the foglights with a relay so they could only work when the headlights were on. That way the warning buzzer will still let you know if you've left them on.
Doesn't get too foggy over here so I never bothered with foggies. I use to have some mini spotlights for country driving at night.

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Greg, I'll send you an email.
I presume it's not too complicated? I'm not really an electrical guru.
Okibi, It doesn't really get that foggy here either, I'm mainly doing it for asthetics. But the yellow light should also help give some more contrast in rain.
I don't know how people drive in the rain with the white/blue HIDs! The standard yellowish halogens just get soaked up by the wet road, the white light would be even worse!

Hi Nic,
Wiring your lights will be straight forward and the diagram that I have is very clear.
