Parker Lights Replacement? T10 Sockets. NA6 Eunos

So I purchased an Eunos Roadster NA6 Couple months ago, and I soon came to realise that the previous owner or the one before that broke the Parker light sockets (Both sides )

They no longer stay in due to the clips being broken and electrical tape looks tacking and doesn't hold them really well.

Any idea of where I can get new ones ? I'm going to go check Bursons out and maybe Autobarn but I have a feeling they aren't going to have them.
