Hi Guys, I have a friend with a NA that has very slow windows.
Question: Is there an easy fix, or is it about taking motors out?
Cheers Nick.

Try lubricating the guide rails for the windows.

The grease on it probably has dried out and gone hard.

You can probably just lube the rails up by using a can of silicon spray with a straw. No need to take the door card off the door or anything, just wind down the windows all the way and find the rails with the straw in between the rubber seals!

Yep I found this helped too. Before opening it right up, you can use a multimeter to check if there's any resistance on the various switch settings.

Yep, try the switch and lubricate the channels. I'd try some silicone spray in the channel first as it may be enough to fix it. IMO silicone spray works much better than white lithium, the white lithium worked brilliantly for me initially but i found it attracted dirt and stuff and actually made the windows even slower after a while!
