lazy eye?

Postby Chi3f » Mon Mar 30, 2009 1:58 am

hello everybody!!...

having just recently bought a very tidy na6, the mx5 in question is actually felix's (feel_ix), he threatened to harm me if i didnt mention this on the forum for some reason...

anyway being new to mx5's i was wondering if anyone has seen/know of any tutorials floating around on how to do the diy lazy eye thing on the na's??
i remember a few years ago i saw one on how to do it to an 180sx by fiddling with the fuse box and splicing some wires or something, just wondering if anyone has done/knows if u can do something similar on the mx5?...i found a kit on the net but $900 is a tad insane...

I've got a diy guide around somewhere but i'm not home at the moment. If someone else doesn't come up with something before tonight I should have it for you.

But essentially yes, it is quite simple.

Well done on the purchase though and welcome!

I have an adjustable lazy-eye kit I used to use in my old NA. Cost me around $100 or so. Took all of half an hour to fit
Current: Red 04 SE (Slightly modified) - 133rwkw@7psi - Winner of the Mania Dyno Day 2008
Previous: Titanium 04 SE (Standard)
White 94 NA (Severely Modified) - 180rwkw - Runner up at the Mania Dyno Day 2007
