Yeah 5x7. If your looking for replacement try kicker, they do an awesome split setup in 5x7. But if you want more volume you can always go 6x9, or 8 inch with custom adapters. But seriously, replace in 5x7's, dont try to increase volume too much without taking into consideration the sound travel. You would be better off adding another set of speakers rather than putting as much power into the doors as you can because it becomes more irritating than anything.

With those speakers they didn't sit dead flat on the metal, I wanted a better seal so I made up a thin baffle that matched the contours of the metal.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
