Needle Calibration after new Dial Install

Postby MXcrazy » Tue Jun 24, 2008 6:58 pm

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.... I've just installed some new white mania dials in my NB8A, and now all the needle readings bar the tacho are wrong. What is the most efficient way of fixing this??

Thanks

Pull the needles off and push them back on in the correct position. On my NA8 I made note of where averything pointed to at normal operating temperature before I removed the gauge cluster then put things back where I thought they should go, then went for a drive and made a few fine adjustments when I got back. A good tip is not to push the needles in all the way until after you go for a drive. That way they come off easier if you need to reposition them again.
