CB for NC

I want to run my CB antenna wire through to the passenger's side of the cabin from the boot. Has anyone found a ready made suitable (wire) route through there?
Need to take out the centre boot trim panel, left door sill cover, aft door jamb cover and a few clippy/button things from the panel behind the passenger seat. Hook antenna cable on to a straightened clothes hanger from the cabin end and pull it through. Put all the panels abck and you're done.
