Postby TieNN89 » Sat Dec 22, 2007 9:30 am

Hey,
Was wondering if there was anything around simliar to the ScanGauge?

ScanGauge needs an OBD port but my 98 MX5 doesn't have an OBD port

Thanks,
Tien

I've always wondered if we could get an ODB2 loom to make our 98's ODB2 capable, or if the US computers were different to enable ODB2 compatibility.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

I've always liked that device (don't own a compatible car). The link says they don't ship overseas. Found it on ebay at OK prices (sellers must be retailers). Cheapest one I think is to buy the one from Canada as the exchange rate makes it the cheaper than the US ones.

yeah

only problem is our car doesn't have the OBD thing which makes it useless

NC will probably have it and maybe late NBs
