Why?
Unless you're going for a surround setup, the rear speakers are there for the rear passengers. Listen to a properly set up system, by the sounds of things like Benny has, and you won't miss them anymore.

If you aren't comfortable doing it then get a shop to install it for you. Sure it costs more now but think of the costs involved if you break something.
Having said that, car audio isn't that hard. A basic understanding of electronics and some soldering skills and you will be fine. Do some research, sit down and work it out and you should have no problems. I was pretty scared at pulling my first car to pieces and just installing a simple head unit at first, but by the time I was finished with that car I had installed an entire stereo system, scratch built fibreglass speaker pods, installed my own alarm and designed and built an entire car PC including 15" touch screen (now that was some complicated wiring
